All orders are shipped from our Cool Casters warehouse in Martinsville, Virginia, USA.

For shipments to the contiguous 48 states:

• These orders can be shipped by UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Second Day Air
• For orders under $150.00, a $11.95 shipping charge will be added to the order for UPS Ground Service.
• For orders of $150.00 and greater, UPS Ground shipping is free.
• For UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order.

For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii:

• These orders will be shipped by Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). The actual freight charges will be added to your order.

For shipments to Canada:

• These orders will be shipped by Postal Service
• For orders under $150.00 (USD), a $22.40 (USD) shipping charge will be added to the order.
• For orders of $150.00 (USD) and greater, a $10.45 (USD) shipping charge will be added to the order.

For international shipments other than Canada:

• These orders will be shipped by Postal Service, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order.

Most in stock orders ship within 48 hours after receipt (M-F).
